Ashley previously told Women's Health that her workouts focus mostly on weights. "When I'm working with my trainer, we do a lot of weights, and then sneaky cardio," she said, adding that her booty is her main focus. "Honestly, I feel like my butt has fallen a lot in this past couple of years. So anything to just kind of start lifting it back up."

Ashley loves to climb, a great cardio workout with major glute benefits. "I will say I just bought a Stairmaster, and I put it in my bedroom. It looks out the window, and I have no excuses," she told Women's Health.

Ashley exercises at least once a day, and sometimes twice. "I want to get it done at eight a.m., in and out," she told Women's Health. "But then I am enjoying doing a little bit of yoga in the afternoons because that was something that really helped me through my pregnancy with Isaac."

Ashley has found a great workout buddy in her husband. "Justin will do drills, and he'll run after him, and I'll do some lunges and things like that. But it'll be like a family workout, where he's outside playing, but we can also still kind of get a little bit in," she revealed to Women's Health. "It sounds like normal play with your kid, but if you really look at it as 'okay, we're gonna get a workout,' then you can actually turn it into that.'"

Ashley maintains a healthy diet, filling it with nourishing food. For breakfast she has one half English muffin with scrambled eggs on top, and the other with butter and jam. She loves fruit, including nectarine and plums, veggies like cucumbers and celery. "Lunch, I've been eating sandwiches like crazy," she told Women's Health. "Do not sleep on sandwiches!" Her go-to is Hawaiian bread stacked with mayonnaise, Grey Poupon mustard, chicken, muenster cheese, and lettuce. For dinner she loves lamb cooked by her husband.
