The National Basketball Association has scheduled the two best teams of the western conference who are also fighting for the top spot in the conference ranking go against each other on the eve of Christmas. The Golden State Warriors and Phoenix Suns will take up a challenge against each other at Footprint Center, Phoenix, Arizona on Christmas.
The Phoenix Suns are currently leading the western conference as the first seed with the record of 26 wins and 5 losses and following them is the Golden State Warriors who is chasing the position for first seed and standing as second as of now with the record of 26 wins and 6 losses. The Christmas game will be a decider for both the teams as they have won one match each against each other and the upcoming game will decide the team who leads the western conference.
Devin Booker and Chris Paul made it to the NBA finals last year losing against Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Milwaukee Bucks and were heavily doubted as all of their opponents in the play off run were injured and missing important pieces. But the Sun’s have turned it around as they lead the conference with the best record in the National Basketball Association.

Devin Booker on Stephen Curry and Golden State Warriors
Devin Booker had a lot to say regarding his opportunity to participate in the Christmas game and how it is a childhood dream of his to share the stage with other greats on the special day of Christmas. During the Phoenix Suns practice a reporter questioned Devin Booker regarding the last five years run of Golden State Warriors which last year ended with a downfall and does Booker still considers them as the Dynastic Warriors. Devin Booker had a very simple reply to this where he quoted:
“I don’t put a word dynasty to it but I respect them to a very high level and you know they are a very very good team and have that chemistry where the players have played together for a long time. You know it’s no secret what they are capable of and how they are playing this year it’s us and them flip flopping for the one spot and we have watched them closely and we know they are a well-oiled machine.”
Devin Booker had nothing but respect for the Warriors while disagreeing with them being a Dynasty. When asked about playing Stephen Curry and guarding him while trying to beat the Golden State Warriors and win the game Devin Booker gave his honest opinion and said “There is no bigger challenge in basketball than trying to beat Steph Curry“.
